Kinetic's insight: people don't quit fitness apps because of features, they quit because the app makes them feel behind. We designed a brand that celebrates showing up — a pulse-based logomark that beats with your streak, a warm-on-dark palette, and micro-animations that reward consistency over intensity.

The motion system shipped as a spec their engineers could implement natively, keeping every bounce and spring on-brand across iOS and Android.
